Data Import
We can import your church directory information from source files you may have for an extra fee. Below is an outline of what this service offering is and what is needed.
Expectations
We can import your core directory information from almost any file, provided the data is in a logical format.
✅ What this import is and what we do:
A one-time, core directory data transfer to Church Directory.
Imported from a CSV or PDF file with logical formatting.
Dependent on the required fields being in place.
Only as good as the data provided.
🚫 There are some things we cannot do:
We cannot source data that is spread out across multiple files.
We cannot piecemeal the import into Church Directory over time.
We cannot import extra information from other sources such as involvement areas, attendance records, special groups, calendars, etc.
We do our best to get you up and running quickly!
If you'd like other information imported, we can look at doing that for an extra, one-time cost, depending on the information you desire to be imported.
